    ALL Phone Support Requests  Must Be Submitted  By Your Site Secretary

    Classroom phones, or any room where students are receiving instruction are given highest priority for repair or re-provisioning.  

    To request support for phone issues, have your site Secretary submit a Helpdesk Workorder and in your request, provide the

    • Phone Extension#
    • Username assigned to the phone and
    • MAC ADDRESS from the back of the phone.

    The MAC ADDRESS is a 12 digit combination of letters and numbers that will usually look like 000F2FBA2456

    We cannot program phones without the MAC ADDRESS in the work order so please prevent delays in service by always including it.
