Class Description

Total body workout that takes your fitness to the next level! Fitness improvements come from a variety of exercises that keep the body guessing!

The workout will combine aerobic and weight training movements that will challenge endurance, strength balance, and flexibility.

Bring light hand weights and a mat. All welcome!
