Variety of movements will be presented to build endurance, strength, range of motion, mobility, and flexibility.
Water provides an element of resistance while performing land-based skills such as jogging, jumping jacks, cross country skiing, and much more!
Exercise in water can benefit every BODY!
The pool is outdoors and heated for exercise. It is not a therapeutic pool and all participants are required to enter and exit the pool without assistance. Pool entrance opens 10 minutes before class begins.
