Create delicious, warming and satisfying soups that are plant-based (vegan) and gluten-free. We’ll make 30-minute Mung Dal Soup and Cream of Vegetable Soup in class and discuss ways to make both soups with different vegetables or add-ins to give you many tasty variations. Please bring containers to take home leftovers.
