Water Exercise

Class Description

Water provides opportunities to modify land based movements such as jumping jacks, cross country ski, jump rope without the impact on joints!

Change of speed and directions in the water creates resistance in the water building muscular strength and endurance.

Guided exercises will promote range of motion for the entire body: arms, legs, hips, back, chest while feeling the comfort of the water!
