Swim Introduction

Class Description

Designed for people with little or no swim experience. Exercises will be provided to stimulate relaxation and comfort in the water. Walking across the shallow width, exhaling (bubble blowing) in the water floating on front and back will be explored in this class. Steps to the crawl stroke is ulitmate goal of class: glide, kick and arm movements.
