English Classes
Are you a recent immigrant and want to learn how to speak English? Do you want to improve your English to get a better job?
Santa Clara Adult Education offers a variety of classes to meet your needs. We have free English classes for adults, Levels 1- 5. These English classes are for students who want to go to college, get a job, or be active in their communities. Classes provide practice in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
We also have free classes offered through a partnership with local community colleges. Please take a look at all of the classes listed below, and decide what’s right for you!
English Classes
If there are openings in the classes, registration for new students will open on the date below. Registration is for the Orientation and Placement Test.
Registration date is March 3, 2025- Registration is Closed. Orientation and Placement Testing Session are FULL.
The next Registration date will be July 21, 2025
When are classes offered?
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:00 am – 11:30 am
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
