Class Description

End the week with an hour of movements to strengthen and stretch the entire body!

Standing exercises, seated exercises and floor work on mats will promote this overall workout. This class is perfect for people getting back into exercise as well as people that want to focus on muscle strength, activating the core(back and abdominal muscles) and flexibility.

Bring light hand weights and a mat.
