OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts are available through Santa Clara Adult Education. Each official transcript has the signature of the Registrar and Santa Clara Adult School seal.

  • To request official transcripts, please complete the form.
  • Transcripts will be mailed to your address.
  • If multiple transcripts are requested to a single address, they will be sent separately.
  • We do not fax transcripts.
